China National Travel Service (HK) Group Corporation is a conglomerate group based on travel-related businesses. As one of the 53 enterprises directly under the central government of PRC, it has developed comprehensive business and expanded over 500 sales branches in both first-tier and second-tier cities. Travel agents from CTSHK cover various countries and hold numerous branches in different cities. Amongst, as a leader, China Travel Services Head Office Co., Ltd is the first travel agent of People Republic’s of China. After 81 years’ development, it has now grown to be an agent simultaneously holding inbound, outbound and domestic travelling services. The agent handles hundreds of thousands of Chinese and foreign tourists and has become the official member of China Travel Association, Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA), American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA), International Air Transport Association (IATA) and other international tourism organisations. Besides, it has established close cooperative relations with hundreds of international travel agents and enjoyed absolutely high reputation.

The unit of Logistics is one of the major pillar industries in CTSHK group. This section is now comprised of China Travel Service (Cargo) Hong Kong Ltd. (including Shanghai CTS International Transportation Co., Ltd.) and China Travel Logistics and Trading Hong Kong Ltd., having formed a business network covering major cities in China, United States and Germany. The logistics part of our group is the 6th biggest freight agency in China. At the end of 2007, it had total of more than 50 branches and currently it employs 2,100 people.
Hotels

CTS HK Metropark Hotels Management Co. Ltd. was incorporated in Hong Kong on April 10, 1985, becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of China Travel Services. It is the second largest hotel management company in China. In May 2006, the company officially launched the “Metro Park” series of hotel brands and renamed its five-star and four-star hotels to be ‘Grand Metropark’ and ‘Metropark’.
Real Estates

The group’s development of real estates provides hotel-style services and tourism supporting services featuring high-end and comfortable estates, as well as scenic spots, theme parks and other high-quality matching properties.
