Travel System

Travel system is CT Hi-Tech’s flagship software product. The system is designated based on the business model of China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Limited and has been updated to a more generalized solution which assists other travel agencies to enhance productivity, streamline workflow and boost sales.

The system combines front office and back office functions. It enables sales people to plan and sell travel products (air tickets, ferry tickets, transportation tickets, hotel rooms, sightseeing tickets and tour packages) through internet, call centre, retail stores and its agents. The system provides backstage planning modules together with financial management for back office staff to do basic settings and sales data analyses.
 

Ticketing System

It has been quite a long time that CT Hi-Tech dedicated to developing ticketing system applicable to hotels, bus companies, cinemas and other organisations that involves seating arrangements and ticket sales. Furthermore, tailoring services are always available here, consisting of further product developments and modifications according to clients’ specific needs and requirements.

Bus Ticketing System

Based on the framework of ticketing system, bus ticketing system integrates more modules of various backstage functions like financial management and human resource management. The system supports ticketing sales, refunding, reissuing tickets through computers and hand-held terminals. Every task in the workflow is computerised, resulting in effectively automating bus scheduling and ticket management.
